Medtronic, une entreprise de technologie de santé mondiale, recherche un formateur pour sa division Diabète. Le poste consiste à entraîner des équipes hospitalières et des fournisseurs de soins à domicile dans l'utilisation de produits diabétiques. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en ingénierie biomédicale, une expérience pertinente et d'excellentes compétences en communication et en pédagogie. Des déplacements sont à prévoir, principalement dans le Sud-Ouest de la France avec un lieu de travail basé à Bordeaux ou Toulouse.

This job opportunity is for the Diabetes division of Medtronic. Medtronic plans to spin off its Diabetes division to foster future growth and innovation, reallocating investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable informational and consultation requirements. This separation aims to enable the team to operate more quickly and agilely, leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and improve patient care impact.
As a trainer for the Diabetes division, you will be responsible for training hospital teams and home healthcare providers on the use of diabetes products, working closely with the sales force and marketing team. Your expertise in insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring will make you a key resource for optimal product utilization and patient balance improvement.
You will ensure initial and ongoing training for our partners, develop educational materials, and adapt your actions to meet client needs within your sector. Your role will include on-site support for clients mainly across the South-West of France, ideally based in Toulouse or Bordeaux for effective coverage.
