Qualifications

Position: Manager

As a Manager, you will:

1. Work closely with client leadership to understand key challenges, define IT strategies, and lead teams to transform potential into performance.
2. Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architecture leveraging tools such as cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
3. Take end-to-end responsibility for larger, technical modules within projects and develop specialized knowledge to solve client problems.
4. Foster team development through thought leadership, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and feedback.
5. Contribute to practice area development and enhance BCG's brand as a digital leader.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, consulting, or project management.
• Relevant experience from a top consulting firm focusing on technology and digital initiatives.
• Experience leading the design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Expertise in Solution & Enterprise Architecture, CRM platforms, digital channels, banking & insurance platforms, HR & collaboration tools, AI, RPA, blockchain, IoT, DevOps, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing decision processes at the C-Level.
• Deep knowledge of modern tools, Agile environments, legacy modernization, and contemporary technology approaches.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build trusted relationships and develop new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
