Our English family brewery and pub company, “Wells & Co,” based in the UK, has existed for over 140 years. In addition to a portfolio of 160 pubs in the UK, we are very proud of our 19 establishments in France, offering our customers unique English beers, great food, hospitality, and regular events.

Our sites are located across France, including Paris, La Rochelle, Lille, Reims, Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Strasbourg, and Toulouse.

Position Details:

• Permanent contract – forfait jours
• Competitive salary: 47K€
• 5 weeks of holiday + RTT
• 3 weeks of training in another establishment

Your Role as General Manager:

• Overall management of the pub, maintaining front and back of house standards to drive excellence in food and drink delivery
• Previous General Management experience in a pub or bar
• Ability to speak English and French fluently
• Excellent operational skills and a solid understanding of back-office management
• Financial acumen to react to the business's changing needs
• Result-driven and ambitious with a passion for growing your business
• A passion for the industry, English pubs, and great beer
• Energetic and vibrant personality, with a natural flair for hospitality and team motivation
