We are hiring General Managers across France!

Join our team at Wells & Co, a family brewery and pub company based in the UK with over 140 years of history. We operate a portfolio of 160 pubs in the UK and 19 establishments across France, including Paris, La Rochelle, Lille, Reims, Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Strasbourg, and Toulouse. Our pubs offer unique English beers, great food, hospitality, and regular events.

Position Details:

• Permanent contract – forfait jours
• Competitive salary: €47K
• 5 weeks of holiday + RTT
• 3 weeks of training in another establishment

Role Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the pub, ensuring high standards in food and drink service
• Lead and motivate the team, maintaining excellent front and back of house operations
• Manage financial aspects and adapt to business needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous General Management experience in a pub or bar
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong operational and back-office management skills
• Good financial understanding
• Results-driven, ambitious, and passionate about the industry and English pubs
• Energetic, vibrant, and capable of leading and inspiring a team
