Our signature restaurant, Miss Mi, offers a taste journey through South East Asia, embracing the new while honoring the past, creating a multi-sensory dining experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team to ensure smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your knowledge of food and beverage, especially South East Asian cuisine, will be vital. You are passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences—leading from the front. You will help build a culture of intuitive service that creates memorable moments for all guests, overseeing bar service, à la carte meals, room service, and the 'Miss Mi' breakfast experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the F&B team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily operations across all F&B outlets.
• Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations, including RSA certification.
• Assist during peak times across all areas of F&B operations.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for food and sharing food stories, with a preference for South East Asian cuisine knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• RSA certification is required.
