Job Description

  • Supervise the Receiving Clerk, handle Food and Beverage requisitions, prepare Sales Analysis and Standard Recipe Costing, prepare Cost Reports, monitor and control non-food purchases against budget, pre-cost all restaurant and banquet menus, manage inventory of Food and Beverage and general items, and oversee minimum and maximum par levels of all store items.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store Rooms, and Receiving departments. Assist Management in minimizing food, beverage, and other supply costs.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with all required reports.
  • Report any issues that may affect the interests of Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences to Management.

Additional Information

  • Perform activities such as menu costing, menu pricing, and updating menus according to Food and Beverage Department requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on slow-moving and obsolete items and recommend further actions.
