Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking a professional to join the Aircraft Control Digital solution team. You will validate End-to-End services within the Airbus Toolchain, performing both manual and automated testing, and ensuring data flow integrity across integrated systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design robust test procedures, and maintain thorough documentation while contributing to quality releases in a highly dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual and automated testing within complex integration environments.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.
• Understanding of software integration principles in engineering domains.

Job Description

Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Digital Solution for Aircraft Control designers. As part of the Aircraft Control Digital solution team, you will be involved in validation of the End-to-End services developed within the Airbus Toolchain.

Your challenges

• Workflow Execution & Mapping: Execute predefined E2E test scenarios, perform 'User Journey' validations to report data flow discrepancies, and verify tool integrations against 'Definition of Ready' standards.


• Test Design & Procedure Maintenance: Create and maintain test procedures that mirror real-world business operations, and document defects with precision by categorizing them by business impact.


• Execution & Performance Monitoring: Perform manual and automated integration tests, monitor integrated environment 'health' to monitor instabilities, and maintain accurate logs of execution metrics.


• Collaboration & Quality Intelligence: Provide high-fidelity feedback on testing progress and blockers, and synchronize with tool owners to verify defect reproducibility and validate patches.

Your Boarding Pass (Requirements)

Technical Skills

• Testing Rigor: Proven experience in manual and automated testing, preferably in complex integration environments.


• Tooling: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management tools.


• System Awareness: Understanding of software integration principles; experience in a technical or engineering domain is highly valued.

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and defect reporting.


• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team and support the Lead in achieving high-quality release standards.
