Job summary

Sorontar is seeking a Test Engineer to design, plan and execute tests on complex systems, including aerospace/defense applications. You will instrument systems, collect data, and draw clear conclusions to drive improvements, working in both French and English.

You will lead test campaigns across France and international sites, ensure safety compliance, and manage campaign logistics. The role will evolve toward building a dedicated test team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Designed, planned and ran tests on complex systems such as aerospace/defense or automotive environments.
• Capable of instrumenting a system, acquiring data and turning it into clear conclusions.
• Proficient in both French and English to communicate across teams and test campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run tests on complex systems and build test benches.
• Set up sensors, collect data and analyze results with the engineering team.
• Lead test campaigns in France and abroad, managing logistics and safety rules.
• Over time, help evolve the role toward building a dedicated test team.
