Infinite Orbits, a Toulouse-based NewSpace company, seeks a Flight Dynamics Engineer to support rendezvous, proximity operations, and docking missions. You will work with mission operations, GNC, and software teams to develop flight dynamics products and procedures for nominal and contingency scenarios.

The role covers concept refinement through validation and operational readiness, ensuring robust support for complex spacecraft maneuvers. Collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of spacecraft flight dynamics experience including orbit determination, trajectory design, and attitude analysis.
• Experience designing flight dynamics systems and knowledge of RPO/docking principles.
• Familiarity with space mission operations and mission planning.
• Experience with GMAT, Orekit, STK, FreeFlyer or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Define and design flight dynamics concepts for RPO and docking missions.
• Develop, configure, and validate flight dynamics software and operational products.
• Generate and verify rendezvous trajectories and contingency scenarios.
• Support mission analyses, simulations, rehearsals, and end-to-end validation.
• Prepare procedures and documentation for flight dynamics operations.
