Prestations

Rémunération selon le profil

Bonus annuel équivalent à 1 mois de salaire

Couverture de 50% des frais de santé

Qualifications

• Expérience de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire.
• Capacité à communiquer avec divers acteurs dans le domaine aérien.
• Évaluation des performances et proposition d'améliorations.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la coordination avec les services aéroportuaires (manutention, restauration, sécurité).
• Anticiper les besoins des clients selon les spécificités des vols.
• Maintenir la communication claire avec les clients.

Vos missions

Ensure coordination with various airport services (handling, catering, security, etc.)

-Monitor client files and anticipate needs based on flight specifics

-Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to address their requests

-Generate activity reports and analyze performance to propose improvements

-Participate in implementing procedures and processes to optimize service quality

-Stay updated on current regulations to ensure compliance with airport operations.

Ability to manage emergency situations and make quick decisions

Communication skills to interact with pilots, crew members, staff, service providers, and authorities

Knowledge of air traffic management procedures

Requirements:

Flight dispatcher - airline operations agent training

Experience: 2 years

Work 39 hours per week, which is 169 hours in total. 17.33 hours are paid as overtime at a rate of 25%.
