Flexis is a new company in the green logistics sector, aiming to create more sustainable societies and transform urban goods movement.

As an initial member of our French team, you will support sales by defining customized offers and implementing solutions on-site with customers, working closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with sales and customers to develop tailored solutions that optimize the driver's workspace and integrate vehicles into our software and service offerings.
  • Translate customer requirements into structured project plans with relevant departments.
  • Ensure delivery of offers in quality and on schedule.
  • Work closely with vehicle project teams, engineers, service, and IT teams; organize co-creation workshops with customers.
  • Continuously improve customer solutions and expand knowledge in urban logistics.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in logistics, transportation, leasing, fleet management, electromobility, or automotive software.
  • Ability to incorporate complex customer requirements into structured, cross-functional project plans.
  • Strong customer focus, eagerness to learn, and an agile approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset, always seeking better solutions and supporting colleagues.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English and French; comfortable working in an international environment.

Additional details include:

  • Regular travel within France and Europe may be required.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and service quality, with an entrepreneurial mindset for building new customer experiences.
