Description du poste

The Fleet and Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of vehicles and services, ensuring the effective operation of a vehicle fleet on behalf of customers within the framework of a service contract between German customers and the Flexis customer operational center. This center monitors vehicles, drivers, charging networks, maintenance schedules, and supports on-the-ground customer performance.

You will execute services and fleet management for the customer and implement the organization to activate the service within customer facilities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Proactively monitor vehicle driving behaviors to optimize energy consumption and vehicle utilization, contributing to CO2 reduction.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance activities to maximize vehicle availability and fleet utilization.
  • Analyze data and advise customers on recommended actions.
  • Coordinate actions with customer contacts and service partners.
  • Ensure performance of services through KPI measurement and follow-up.
  • Provide monthly reports on service performance to sales and operational teams, engaging customers in ongoing actions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and suite leaders on customer feedback and new requests.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Verify invoice accuracy and evaluate service quality of partners.
  • Handle customer complaints and propose corrective actions.
  • Potentially develop team capabilities to support new customers with proactive services.

Qualifications:

  • Customer relations-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized and structured.
  • Proven experience in project management and process design.
  • Successful background in aftersales and B2B environments.
  • Experience working within or with international cultures and teams.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fleet management experience is an advantage.
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills.

This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a background as a recognized expert in customer relationship management and service mindset, typically obtained through advanced education and extensive work experience.
