Description du poste

We are currently seeking a Finance IS Leader with a good background in ERP Project with SAP S / 4HANA. The candidate will lead the implementation and maintenance of Finance IS including ERP project in collaboration with Renault Group Teams in charge of its delivery, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strong finance background, solid project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation the Financial IS by organizing, coordinating the dedicated teams, defining the roadmap and milestones needed to ensure the success

Participate with the business to the Request for Information (RFI) or for quotation (RFQ) when needed and the identification of suitable vendor (Ex : for Consolidation, EPM systems)

Lead the implementation of the ERP delivered by Renault Group Teams (with SAP S / 4 HANA) to ensure the GO LIVE for Beginning of 2026

Define project scope, planning & milestones, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders for the Financial IS

Participate in the identification, specifications and implementation of all interfaces needed between the Finance IS, including ERP, with other Flexis IS or External IS.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.

Participate in the identification of internal or external resources needed to ensure evolution and maintenance

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, risks and resource allocation.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, with both technical and non-technical people, ensuring clear understanding and expectations for all parties involved.

Evaluate and document project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Ensure the maintenance of Financial IS with the dedicated teams.

Define the roadmap for all evolutions needed after the Go Live to meet with business requirements.

Detail, accompany and ensure the future Flexis autonomy with its own ERP (Deadline to define)

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and in managing Financial IS projects.

Good understanding of ERP and its integration with other business applications.

Good leadership, collaboration mindset & communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies & good practices.

Fluent in French & English (Work with Indian, Romanian people)
