Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate in Les Côtes-d'Arey, France, to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design products that fit their style and space. If you enjoy building relationships and providing standout service, join our Lovesac Retail Team.

You will use our selling techniques, demonstrate products, and work toward personal sales goals while supporting store operations and visual standards. This role offers flexible hours and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to utilize technology for sales including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Support omni-channel customer experience including in-person at stores and remote shifts.
• Must be able to travel as required by the Company.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively demo and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, manage quotes, close sales, and maintain relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store visually following merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, promotions, and adherence to standards.
• Use sales data to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
