Responsibility :

  • Responsible for Fleet sales channel building and SME company development
  • Fleet sales target setting and monitor to ensure the target achievement
  • Develop fleets sales policy to keep competitive in the market
  • Maintain good relationship with Leasing Companies and other leasing partners
  • Support dealer network within their fleet sales,
  • Manage high Residual Values with main market stakeholders and Guide books,
  • Ensure the resale of Company Used Cars at their best value within the dealer network
  • Analyze key competitors fleet sales policy and performance, ensure taxation changes understanding and adjust France fleet sales strategy accordingly

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years fleet sales experience in OEM
  • Familiar with France key leasing company, brokers and SME channel
  • Good French and English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proven track record of managing and growing sales accounts.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
  • Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
