We’re hiring a Fleet Programme Manager to drive a pan-European car fleet program covering 4,500 vehicles across 18 countries. This is a high-impact role focused on operational efficiency, supplier management, and long-term sustainability strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the transformation of EU fleet operations, targeting a centralised, streamlined structure by Jan 2026.
• Manage key supplier relationships (leasing companies, car manufacturers).
• Collaborate with 30+ internal fleet admins to reduce manual processes and standardise operations.
• Drive automation initiatives and improve compliance across markets.
• Contribute to ESG goals, particularly around electric vehicle adoption and fleet decarbonisation.
• Engage senior stakeholders and deliver key program updates and presentations in London as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in enterprise-level fleet management across mainland Europe.
• Deep knowledge of leasing models and how major providers operate at scale.
• Strong track record in process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in highly regulated environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement at both local and EU levels.
