You will mentor staff, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer service, with fluency in French and English. This role is based at the flagship in Paris and requires a passion for luxury fashion.

Formación

• 5–7 years of managerial experience in fashion luxury or retail.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellence in client service and relationship management.
• Brand ambassadorship and sophisticated presentation.
• Strong independence and self-motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead flagship store operations and drive KPIs.
• Mentor and develop the store team.
