Job Description:

Our client is a well-regarded global bank. We are looking to find a Fixed Income Sales Vice President to join their busy Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will work alongside Relationship Managers, Investment Managers, and trading teams, focusing on fixed income investment solutions. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced fixed income sales professional to engage with clients, advise, and execute their requirements, ensuring client service excellence in relation to Capital Market requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a sales specialist, understanding the fixed income product suite, including reviewing new bond proposals with clients, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure client service excellence, including operational tasks such as trade capture, operational and credit risk management, and collateral review.
  • Manage credit risk aspects and collateral monitoring.
  • Liaise across departments, working with Relationship Managers, investment professionals, and trading teams to improve or create new fixed income investment strategies and advise clients on portfolios, products, capabilities, and new offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Finance background, with expertise in Fixed Income Sales, capital markets, bonds, and credit analysis.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 8+ years of sales/client-facing experience focusing on Capital Markets and Fixed Income products, including Derivatives and FX.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong team player and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are advantageous.
