Job summary

Deblock seeks a Strategy & Ops Manager to act as the engine room of the business, partnering with founders and the General Manager. You will drive strategic problem solving, risk foundations, and cross-functional execution across compliance, legal, product, and operations.

You will design scalable governance processes, oversee outsourcing frameworks, and enable efficient service delivery using data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems.
• Excellent prioritisation and highly organized, a project management pro.
• Experience designing and maintaining governance processes across operations and product scopes.
• Team player with collaboration and no-blame mindset in a cross‑functional compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion.
• Build and own frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services, performance, risk, and strategic service ownership.
• Coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations to ship first-in-class products.
• Design and implement scalable operational controls spanning vendor due diligence, risk monitoring, and service performance.
