Sekoia is seeking a FinOps Lead to make cloud and Technology & Product economics visible, actionable and governable. Reporting to the CFO and partnering with the CTPO, you will act as a Finance Business Partner for the T&P organization, connecting infrastructure costs, product usage and growth to support better decisions.

The role spans Finance, Product, Engineering, Data and HR, combining financial discipline with modelling prowess to earn trust through technical cost trade-offs and platform

Competenze

• Hands-on experience optimizing infrastructure spend across cloud platforms.
• Strong grasp of tagging, cost allocation, and margins.
• Experience with financial and operational modeling.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Inform and structure tagging strategy, cost allocation models, and dashboards.
• Own spend anomaly detection and drive optimization levers (rightsizing, reservations, waste elimination).
• Anchor governance with alerts and regular reviews with T&P teams.
• Link infrastructure costs to revenue and gross margin for unit economics insights.
• Forecast infrastructure costs tied to growth, usage and architectural changes.
