Job summary

Voodoo, a Paris-founded consumer tech company, seeks a Procurement Manager - FinOps to own IT indirect procurement and cloud spend strategy. You will lead global negotiations, manage billing data (BigQuery, GCP, AWS), and collaborate with Engineering and Finance to drive cost savings and contract outcomes.

Fluent English is required; French is a plus. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines. Remote Fridays supported.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data analytics experience.
• Ability to open raw billing exports and extract insights autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of cloud pricing: committed-use discounts, savings plans, storage tiers, egress.
• Commercial mindset with proven vendor negotiation skills.
• Credible with technical and finance stakeholders; able to defend analyses.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• FinOps or GCP certification is a plus.
• Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and vendor relationships.
• Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive savings, benchmarking to ensure fair pricing.
• Own cloud cost visibility by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and lead monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance.
• Build data-driven cost reduction strategies by product and workload (cost per user, per event).
• Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, price benchmarks.
• Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities (rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, query-cost reduction).
• Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs with Legal.
• Track realized savings against targets and forecast IT and cloud spend with FP&A.
• Own procurement processes and drive strategies delivering efficiency across the IT scope.
