BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Local financing management in France:
   Execute financing strategies to support the company’s sales and operation in France. Develop financing scheme formulation with competitive analysis, financing management including credit line application, auto-finance performance analysis, settlement of interest and fees, follow-up of pricing, discounts and bonus, etc. Ensure compliance with local financing regulations and risk management policies.
2. Financial Institution Relationship Management:
   Establish and maintain strong partnerships with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions. Negotiate financing terms and optimize cost structures to support business growth. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting financing activities.
3. Captive Lease Business Support:
   Collaborate with internal teams to support the development and implementation of captive leasing solutions. Work with leasing partners to enhance financing offerings for customers. Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive leasing business success.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, leasing companies, OEM or relevant roles in the automotive industry.
3. Strong understanding of auto financing structures and proven track record in managing financial institution relationships and negotiating financing deals.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Fluency in English and French is required.
