Responsibilities:

1. Provide general legal support to various departments, covering areas such as Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, and Data privacy, ensuring all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on commercial and aviation law issues, dealing with relevant authorities.
3. Draft and review employment contracts and manage employment law issues, including individual and collective matters.
4. Manage commercial, passenger, or HR litigations; oversee legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
5. Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these, ensuring operational compliance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in French law.
• Admitted to the French Bar.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation roles.
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (work permits not provided).
• Strong deal-making skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Responsibility, decision-making ability, and a collaborative attitude.
