Job Description

• Provide general legal support to various departments, covering areas such as Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, and Data privacy, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on legal issues related to commercial and aviation law, liaising with relevant authorities.
• Draft and review employment contracts and follow up on employment law issues, including individual and collective matters.
• Manage litigations related to Commercial, Passenger, or HR issues; oversee legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them, ensuring operational compliance.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in French law
• Admitted to the French Bar
• 1 to 5 years of experience in a legal role within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in both advisory and litigation roles
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English
• Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (no work permit assistance provided)
• Strong deal-making skills, adaptability, and flexibility in resolving legal issues
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Responsibility, sound decision-making, and a team-oriented attitude
