Job Description

• Provide legal support to various departments in areas such as Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, and Data privacy, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws.
• Draft and review commercial and supplier contracts, policies, and follow up on legal issues and dealings with authorities.
• Draft and review employment contracts and handle employment law issues.
• Manage litigations related to Commercial, Passenger, or HR matters and oversee legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
• Identify legal risks and advise strategically to mitigate them, ensuring legal compliance of operations.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in French law
• Admitted to the French Bar
• 1 to 5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in advisory and litigation roles
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English
• Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (work permits not provided)
• Strong deal-making skills and adaptability in resolving legal issues
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a responsible, decision-making attitude
• Team-oriented with a positive, service-minded approach
