Job Description:

  • Provide general legal support to various departments of the company, in different areas of law (Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy, etc.), ensuring all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the respective country.
  • Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on commercial and aviation law issues, dealing with relevant authorities.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, and follow up on employment law issues (both individual and collective).
  • Manage commercial, passenger, or HR litigations; follow up on legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
  • Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree in French law
  • Admitted to the French Bar
  • Experience from 1 to 5 years in a legal role at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Experience in both advisory and litigation roles
  • Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English
  • Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits)
  • Strong deal-making skills and the ability to resolve legal issues across different areas of law
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Effective multitasking and timely delivery skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A responsible attitude and sound decision-making abilities
