Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide general legal support to various departments of the company, in different areas of law (Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy, etc.), ensuring all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on commercial and aviation law issues, dealing with relevant authorities.
• Draft and review employment contracts and follow up on employment law issues, both individual and collective.
• Manage litigations related to Commercial, Passenger, or HR matters; follow up on legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring operations align with legal requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in French law
• Admitted to the French Bar
• Experience from 1 to 5 years in a legal role at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in both advisory and litigation
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English
• Citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (work permits not provided or assisted)
• Strong deal-making skills and adaptability in resolving legal issues across different areas of law
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently or as part of a team
• Effective multitasking and communication skills
• Responsibility and sound decision-making abilities
• Collaborative, positive, and service-minded attitude
