A leading company in the gaming industry is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to enhance financial information quality and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with global marketing and finance teams, automating reporting systems, and ensuring budget accuracy. Located in Paris, it offers a dynamic work environment with flexible arrangements and numerous employee benefits.
To accompany our organization, we’re looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team. You will lead the continual enhancement of quality, efficiency, and scale of financial information produced through business controls and process improvements, and participate in Budgets. The position will be based in Paris and reports to the Financial Planning Manager Marketing.
Responsibilities
Drive implementation of automated solutions and streamline processes across Ubisoft Global Publishing Organization
Marketing tool management (MINT) and user support including tool administration for forecasting and PO functionalities
Monthly reporting
Ensure budgets reliability in Marketing/Finance tool
Financial Planning for the General Marketing Budget

Recruitment process
[30 minutes]: phone call with the recruiter,
[60-90 minutes]: interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter + excel test during the interview,
[30 minutes]: final interview with the upper hierarchy.
