Chubb is seeking a Head of Financial Lines for their CEMENA operations. This senior leadership role will shape and execute the underwriting strategy for Financial Lines while leading a talented team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in areas such as Directors & Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI), with a strong focus on profitable growth.

Responsibilities include delivering production targets, maintaining underwriting excellence, and collaborating across functions to ensure compliance and best practices. Fluency in English and experience managing multi-country portfolios are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Financial Lines underwriting experience with a track record of leadership and profitable portfolio management.
• Deep technical expertise in D&O, PI, Crime, and Management Liability.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and delivering P&L targets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Financial Lines strategy across CEMENA.
• Deliver production targets including Net Written Premium (NWP) and underwriting profit.
• Build and lead a high-performing Financial Lines team.
