You join the Debt & Strategic Equity Capital Markets team of the Legal Department to advise and ensure legal certainty in the execution of capital market operations on strategic shares and investments.
You work on various transactions, arranged and executed by the Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team serving issuers (introductions to the stock market, capital increases, convertible bond issues, public offerings, etc.) and investors (margin loans, corporate equity derivatives, etc.).
Your daily tasks are :
As a financial lawyer closely associated with the SECM front office, you play a central role in the arrangement, structuring, and legal execution of strategic financial operations, which present high stakes for our clients.

You have a higher education in business or financial law, ideally complemented by training in economics, management, or foreign law, and at least 6 years of experience in derivatives (preferably on shares), financing, or Equity Capital Markets (ECM) operations within a law firm, bank, or company.
