Qualifications

• Expérience en dérivés (de préférence sur actions), financement ou opérations ECM.

• Participer à la structuration et à l'exécution des opérations financières.
• Suivre les opérations en liaison avec les équipes concernées.
• Surveiller les réglementations en vigueur.

Description du poste

You join the Debt & Strategic Equity Capital Markets team of the Legal Department to advise and ensure legal certainty in the execution of capital market operations on strategic shares and investments.

You work on various transactions, arranged and executed by the Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team serving issuers (introductions to the stock market, capital increases, convertible bond issues, public offerings, etc.) and investors (margin loans, corporate equity derivatives, etc.).

Your daily tasks are :

1. Participate in the structuring and execution of operations and the implementation of legal documentation, in conjunction with the front office and other relevant teams (middle office, risks, compliance, etc.).
2. Follow up on operations, especially with the front office and middle office teams.
3. Monitor regulations and participate in the work of Place.

As a financial lawyer closely associated with the SECM front office, you play a central role in the arrangement, structuring, and legal execution of strategic financial operations, which present high stakes for our clients.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

You have a higher education in business or financial law, ideally complemented by training in economics, management, or foreign law, and at least 6 years of experience in derivatives (preferably on shares), financing, or Equity Capital Markets (ECM) operations within a law firm, bank, or company.

You are proficient in :

• Strategic and varied financial operations with significant issues for our clients;
• Equity Capital Markets financing and operations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening ability, and are :

• Rigorous and responsive;
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative;
• Curious and eager to discover new topics.

You have a C1 level of English.
