Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory or audit.
  • Strong financial skills in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Accounting required.

Description du poste

Within the Financial Controlling - PBR Team, you will report to the “Head of Accounting and PBR (Plan, Budget, Result).”

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. IFRS and S2P3 Controlling and Reporting
  2. Monitoring the financial performance of entities for Quarterly Actuals and Forecast/Strategic Plan closings: analyzing P&L and B/S deviations and commenting on business development and results compared to objectives.
  3. Supporting planning and budgeting activities for portfolios and companies: forecasting, budgeting, and building plans with relevant internal departments, along with follow-up and analysis of strategic objectives.
  4. Preparing IFRS and Solvency II Pillar 3 financial information required by AXA Group via the consolidation tool Magnitude, and by the French regulator ACPR (if applicable).
  5. Ensuring timely delivery of all actual and forecast information, complying with Group instructions and methodologies.
  6. Supporting IFRS accounting and local GAAP issues when applicable.

Contribution to transformation and strategic projects (when applicable):

  1. Ad-hoc analysis for Management/Executive Committee or business development projects.
  2. Initiating process and tools improvement projects to enhance quality, timeliness, and reporting efficiency.
  3. Interacting with internal local teams and Group stakeholders.
  4. Serving as a contact point for IFRS and/or S2P3 reporting, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring instruction compliance.
  5. Collaborating closely with AXA LM peers, including local accounting teams, actuarial teams, and corporate finance.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Accounting from a business school or university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory, audit, or finance department.
  • Strong financial skills (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
  • Knowledge of (re)insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and synthetic skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing deadlines.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
