Une entreprise fintech en pleine croissance recherche un Financial Controller pour gérer la base financière de son activité en France. Vous serez chargé de préparer des comptes statutaires et consolidés, tout en assurant la conformité aux normes comptables et en contribuant aux décisions financières stratégiques. Ce poste initial de quatre mois offre une forte possibilité de prolongation, avec un travail entièrement à distance.

Qualifications

• 7+ ans d'expérience dans des rôles financiers ou de contrôle.
• Fortes connaissances en IFRS et préparation de comptes consolidés.
• Diplôme en comptabilité, économie ou gestion.

Responsabilités

• Préparer des comptes statutaires et consolidés selon le GAAP français et l'IFRS.
• Coordonner les clôtures de fin de mois et d'année.
• Diriger l'équipe de comptabilité pour l'entité France.

A fast-growing fintech company looking for support in building the French side of their business.

Role

As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial backbone of the business. You will prepare statutory and consolidated accounts under French GAAP and IFRS, coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, and lead the accounting team for the France entity. Your work will drive improvements in reporting processes and ensure compliance with changing accounting policies. You will also support audits, deliver expert accounting advice, and contribute to the company's strategic financial decisions.

Key Skills

• 7+ years experience in finance or controlling roles
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
• Experience preparing statutory and consolidated accounts under French GAAP
• Structured and analytical problem-solving approach
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Degree in accounting, economics, management, or related field
• Nice to have : experience in fintech industry

This is a four-month mission initially, with a strong chance of extension. You can work fully remote.
