As a future Financial Controller, you will report to the Head of FMCG Real Estate & Infra equity open-ended funds and be part of AXA IM Financial Management and Control Group (FMCG).

The Financial Controller will primarily manage financial, tax reporting, and governance aspects of the investments, contributing actively during investment/divestment, financing, hedging, and structuring phases.

You will coordinate the production of investor and regulatory reports and support investment performance monitoring, working closely with Fund and Asset Management teams. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proactive initiative-taking.

Your role and responsibilities will include
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports from external service providers (Corporate Managers, Corporate Secretary, Property Managers, Tax Advisors).
  • Preparing and coordinating quarterly, semiannual, annual, and ad hoc reports, including investor and regulatory reports.
  • Managing accounting, reporting, tax, and governance aspects of all investment vehicles in scope.
  • Coordinating with providers such as corporate managers, tax advisors, auditors, and legal teams.
  • Managing the budgeting process.
  • Contributing to acquisition, disposal, financing, hedging, and structuring activities.
  • Participating in transversal projects and other tasks as assigned.
Your qualifications and experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in audit or financial control.
  • Experience in real estate asset management is desirable.
Your knowledge and skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Team player, proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Rigorous, self-motivated, and autonomous.
