A leading real estate company in Bali, BVR GROUP ASIA, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as a key financial advisor to the Board of Directors. This role involves overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guiding the finance team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the finance sector, particularly in hospitality, with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial management principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance role, including at least 2 years in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Act as a key financial advisor to the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations for business growth and efficiency.

Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all business units.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

Consolidate financial reports from various units into comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Monitor and control financial performance of hospitality and F&B outlets, including cost control, profit margins, pricing, and daily operational finance.

Work closely with operational teams to improve financial outcomes, analyze P&L by location/unit, and identify areas for savings or revenue optimization.

Lead audits, liaise with external consultants, and manage relationships with banks, vendors, and financial institutions.

Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and professional growth.

Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for new projects or expansion initiatives.

Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities directly to the BOD and propose actionable strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance role, including at least 2 years in hospitality or F&B.

Proven experience in financial leadership, reporting to senior management or BOD.

Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, financial controls, and corporate governance.

Hands-on experience with operational finance in F&B/hospitality environments.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.

Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
