Job summary

Graitec’s FP&A team drives strategic and financial performance across the business, focusing on partnering with Corporate Functions and owning reporting and planning solutions such as Pigment. You will support monthly closing, forecasting, and variance analysis while owning and expanding the Pigment platform for enhanced reporting and planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of FP&A, Controlling, Finance Transformation, or similar analytical finance role.
• Mandatory experience in reporting tools, data analytics, and finance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge.
• Experience with planning/reporting solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Board, OneStream, or similar EPM tools.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The FP&A team at Graitec plays a key role in driving strategic and financial performance across the business. By analysing results, forecasting trends, and supporting planning cycles, the team provides leadership with the insight needed to make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions, FP&A ensures financial transparency, efficiency, and alignment with Graitec’s growth objectives.

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and technology-driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role combines financial business partnering for Corporate Functions with ownership of reporting and planning solutions, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both finance and systems.

As one of the two key Finance users responsible for our Pigment platform, you will play an active role in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our reporting and planning capabilities while supporting financial performance management across Corporate Functions.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Functions FP&A

• Support monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate forecast and budget processes for Corporate Functions.

Experience required

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Transformation, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
• Mandatory experience in reporting tools, data analytics, and finance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge.
• Experience with planning/reporting solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Board, OneStream, or similar EPM tools is highly desirable.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

On Target Earning pay range for this role

Role Targeted Variable Pay Mix: 90% fixed + 10% variable

Minimum Annual On Target Earning : 45.000 euros

Maximum Annual On Target Earning: 60.000 euros
