Reporting to the Commercial Controlling Manager, you will ensure that Pandora is compliant and transparent in its financial reporting in the region, including month-end closing processes, annual closing, and recurring control activities.

We aim to deliver high-quality reporting and support the commercial organization with accurate visibility, enabling a focus on commercial performance. The Controlling Team includes this role and a dedicated specialist in Spain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Ensure compliance and timely completion of reporting activities.
• Coordinate across different functions within the region and with our global team in Denmark.
• Define and implement a new operating model within Financial Controlling.
• Ensure compliance with rating requirements for internal controls.
• Optimize processes within Financial Controlling to increase support value to the business.
• Lead the cluster process for month-end close and manage the local process for France.
• Collaborate with commercial finance managers to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting and performance tracking.
• Support local financial controlling tasks, utilizing shared services where possible.
• Ensure compliance with group and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external partners such as PWC and EY on external accounts and audits.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• 5–8 years’ experience in Financial Controlling.
• Experience in a global or international organization.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Experience with French statutory accounts.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficiency with EPM tools, such as Hyperion Financial Management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
