HBS, leader de la diffusion sportive, recherche un Coordinateur de Contrôle Financier basé à Boulogne-Billancourt. Dans ce rôle, vous serez le pilier financier de la production d'événements sportifs internationaux, collaborant avec des équipes à travers le monde pour garantir la santé financière de projets majeurs. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse financière et de la gestion budgétaire, contribuant à la réussite des événements qui touchent des millions de téléspectateurs.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnels.
• Compréhension des normes IFRS et des pratiques GAAP françaises.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Diriger le contrôle financier des projets de production et des entités françaises.
• Effectuer des prévisions financières mensuelles et des rapports de gestion.
• Suivre les budgets et concilier les coûts pour assurer l'exactitude financière.

Our Controlling department plays a crucial role in the success of HBS’s global sports broadcasting operations. As part of our finance team, you will monitor the performance of the entire HBS Group, analysing projects, events, and divisions to deliver critical insights that drive business decisions. You will be working at the intersection of finance and world-class sports events, ensuring the financial health of productions that reach billions of viewers worldwide. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with international teams across different business units, providing financial expertise that helps bring the biggest sporting moments to screens around the globe.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead financial controlling for Infront Production Projects, Digital Projects and French entities within HBS Group
• Partner with operational teams on project budgeting processes
• Track budgets and reconcile costs, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Analysis :

• Perform monthly financial Reforecasts and Cash Flow Forecasts for designated entities
• Prepare and enhance monthly Management reports for business units and legal entities
• Analyze and explain “actual vs. budget” variances for Business Units / Projects and Divisions

Corporate Support :

• Contribute to corporate controlling tasks related to Overheads
• Develop special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Provide support to the accounting department and other departments across HBS Group
• Actively assist the Manager Controller in optimising financial operations

• Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting practices (French GAAP and / or IFRS)
