Program Overview

This program targets young talents eager to gain international experience within the French-German ecosystem of Forvis Mazars.

It aims to launch your international audit career, emphasizing confidentiality and professional integrity.

What to Expect

• Gain extensive experience in audit, focusing on PIE mandates over a 2-year period
• Rotate between France and Germany (Berlin or Frankfurt), spending one year in each country to enhance your career prospects
• Engage with current issues, laws, standards, and ESG considerations
• Work within dynamic French-German teams
• Expand your international professional network

Recruitment Process

• Initial meeting at Forvis Mazars in Paris (Job@Mazars)
• Follow-up online interviews with audit partners from France (in French) and Germany (in German), contingent on initial interview outcomes

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a top business school or university, majoring in finance or accounting
• Some practical experience in auditing is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in German or French (depending on the country) and a B2 language certificate for the host country language
• Proficiency in English
• Availability from September 2025

Three positions are available in both Germany and France, with a one-year stay in the home country followed by relocation to the host country, supported by allowances for housing and living expenses.
