The Program

The Forvis Mazars Financial Auditor French-English mobility program is designed for young talents seeking a unique international experience within our French-English ecosystem. This program aims to launch your international career in the audit industry at Forvis Mazars. The role of the Auditor requires confidentiality and discretion regarding information handled internally and externally.

Our goal: to help you become a future leader at Mazars through a program focused on empowerment and education.

What to expect

• Gain significant experience in the audit industry, focusing on PIE mandates, over a 2-year period.
• Rotate between Forvis Mazars in France and in the United Kingdom (possibly London), spending one year in each country to boost your career prospects.
• Address current issues, laws, standards, and the growing importance of ESG.
• Work within dynamic French-English teams.
• Expand your international network.

The recruitment process

• Initial meeting at Forvis Mazars in Paris.
• Online interviews (if the initial meetings are successful) with audit partners from France (in French) and the UK (in English).

Starting in September 2025

Votre profil

• Master's Degree from a top business school or university, majoring in finance or accounting.
• Practical experience in auditing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in English and French (depending on your home or host country), with a B2 language certificate in either language.
• Availability from September 2024.

After one year in your home country, you will move to the host country with an allowance to support housing and living expenses.
