YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job and daily missions:

Purpose: To demonstrate AXA’s attractiveness to investors and manage relationships with rating agencies.

Daily missions:

• Communicate AXA’s financial performance and strategy to build trust with investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Prepare presentations, management scripts, and Q&As for investor events.
• Align the Group’s strategy with shareholder interests.
• Monitor market trends and benchmark competitors.

Key dimensions:

• Engage with 900+ institutional investors, conduct over 350 meetings annually, and interact with 25 sell-side analysts and 3 rating agencies.

Key accountabilities:

• Report on quarterly financial results.
• Prepare investor presentations, press releases, and Q&A documents in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
• Coordinate investor events like roadshows, conferences, and investor days.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors and analysts to foster trust and engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

Required skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance with a solid understanding of financial statements and indicators.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and market trend analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of translating complex messages into clear narratives.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
