  • Manage the budget planning process for all marketing expenses and cost of sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key P&L components, including revenue, cost of sales, marketing expenses, and major performance variances.
  • Ensure the P&L is properly interpreted and monitored by scrutinizing the figures and making recommendations to support decision‑making.
  • Conduct profitability analyses throughout the operational value chain.
  • Collaborate with other departments (supply chain, marketing) to ensure that best practices, policies, and processes are in place and followed.
  • Integrate and reconcile key factors in planned, reported, and maintained data, particularly regarding gifting and special packaging processes.
  • Lead special projects to identify potential cost savings in operations.
  • Improve financial processes, automate tracking files, and provide ad hoc analyses to support all other activities of the finance team.
