Job summary
EY is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation for the Power & Utilities sector. You will lead and co-create strategic finance programs, combining finance capability with transformation leadership to deliver sustainable value and compliant, future-proof operating models.
Travel up to 60–80% to engage clients and drive impact. You will work with senior leaders to embed improvements, leverage advanced technologies, and deliver finance programs that align with reporting, regulatory and control
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years in consulting for Power & Utilities.
- Experience with P&U finance functions and SAP/Oracle/PowerPlan.
- Ability to develop business cases and digital strategy.
- Awareness of finance compliance, regulation and risk.
- Knowledge of transformation roadmaps and operating models.
- Commitment to sustainable finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver innovative finance processes and solutions for P&U.
- Design and implement finance operating models and FP&A processes.
- Oversee shared services design and outsourcing advisory.
- Manage project timelines and client sessions; travel 60–80%.
- Drive finance systems, automation, and close/reporting improvements.
