Ceva Santé Animale is strengthening its Finance Transformation & Excellence team and is recruiting two Finance Transformation Managers (M/F) on a fixed-term contract (18 months), based at the headquarters in Libourne.

The successful candidate will drive transformation of the Finance function, harmonizing processes, tools, and practices across the group, collaborating with central and local Finance teams, IT and business stakeholders to support performance and growth in an international

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in finance, management, audit, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in an audit firm (Big 4) and/or in operational or corporate Finance roles.
• Strong interest in Finance processes, tools, and transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Finance ERPs/ BI tools (JDE is plus).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of English.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to evolution and harmonization of Finance processes and standards, including their formalization and documentation.
• Update and maintain process documentation and operating procedures.
• Evolution of tools, integration of new functionalities, continuous improvements, and deployment of new tools.
• Participate in project phases: functional design, configuration, testing, validation, and rollouts.
• Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure business needs are carefully taken into account.
• Contribute to documenting practices within the different Finance tools.
• Support the drafting of user procedures for the tools (knowledge of JDE is plus).
• Provide first-level functional support to Finance teams during deployment phases and participate in training.

Position Overview:

Ceva Santé Animale is strengthening its Finance Transformation & Excellence team and is recruiting two Finance Transformation Managers (M/F) on a fixed-term contract (18 months), based at the headquarters in Libourne.

The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation of the Finance function, driving significant evolution of the Group’s financial processes, tools, and practices in order to support performance and growth in a constantly changing international environment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the Finance Transformation Process Manager actively contributes to the formalization, documentation, and deployment of Group Finance standards and tools, in close collaboration with both central and local Finance teams, as well as IT and business stakeholders.

FinanceProcesses & Standards

• Contribute to the evolution and harmonization of Finance processes and standards, including their formalization and documentation.


• Update and maintain process documentation and operating procedures.

Tools & ERP

• Contribute to the evolution of existing tools, integration of new functionalities, continuous improvements, and deployment of new tools.


• Participate in various project phases: functional design, configuration, testing, validation, and rollouts.


• Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure business needs are carefully taken into account.


• Contribute to documenting practices within the different Finance tools.


• Support the drafting of user procedures for the tools (knowledge of JDE is plus).

Support & Change Management

• Help prepare user materials (guides, procedures, training materials).


• Provide first-level functional support to Finance teams during deployment phases.


• Participate in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for local Finance teams.

Yourprofile :

Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in finance, management, audit, or equivalent.


• 3 to 5 years experience in an audit firm (Big 4) and/or in operational or corporate Finance roles (audit, financial control, consulting, Finance projects).


• Strong interest in Finance processes, tools, and transformation initiatives.


• Good knowledge of Finance ERPs/ BI tools (JDE is plus).


• Proficiency in Excel.


• Strong command of English.
