EFESO Management Consultants is seeking a Finance Systems & FP&A Manager to lead the NetSuite deployment across the group and strengthen the Group Finance function in Paris. You will drive financial data quality, harmonize processes, and support planning, reporting, and consolidation in an international context.

The role combines NetSuite implementation with Controlling and FP&A activities, requiring strong ERP experience, IFRS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate global teams.

Description du poste

As part of the deployment of NetSuite across the Group and the strengthening of the Group Finance function, we are looking for a Finance Systems & FP&A Manager.

The role combines two dimensions:

• Leading Finance transformation and the implementation of NetSuite across the group
• Contributing to the Group’s controlling, reporting and consolidation processes. The candidate will play a key role in improving the quality of financial data and harmonizing processes within an international group operating in several countries.

Main responsibilities

1. NetSuite implementation and continuous improvement (70%, then 40%)

• Manage the different phases of the NetSuite project on a day-to-day basis, monitor action plans, deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate interactions with the integrator and internal teams.
• Oversea ongoing and future data migrations
• Collect and formalize new business requirements.
• Train key users across the different subsidiaries
• Become the Finance referent for NetSuite after deployment with support to users
• Produce functional documentation.
• Support the quality of system configurations.

2. Controlling and FP&A (30%, then 60%)

• Contribute to the preparation and improvement of: o monthly reporting; o annual budget; o periodic forecasts.
• Produce performance analyses depending on the needs.
• Contribute to the development of Group KPIs.
• Participate in projects to improve Finance tools.
• Train users on the Group’s Finance tools.
• Participate in the group financial statements production (review of country IFRS packages submitted by subsidiaries, reconciliation with management accounts and proper elimination of intercompany transactions).

Candidate profile Education

• Business school, engineering school or Master’s degree in Finance.
• 5 to 8 years of experience.

Languages

• Fluent French and English are required.
• Proficiency in Italian would be considered a strong asset.

Experience

Significant experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Controlling
• FP&A
• Consolidation
• Finance ERP implementation
• Finance transformation

Experience with NetSuite would be a significant advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience with other ERP such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage X3 would be suitable.

Technical skills
