EFESO Management Consultants is seeking a Finance Systems & FP&A Manager to lead the NetSuite deployment across the group and strengthen the Group Finance function in Paris. You will drive financial data quality, harmonize processes, and support planning, reporting, and consolidation in an international context.

The role combines NetSuite implementation with Controlling and FP&A activities, requiring strong ERP experience, IFRS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation and ERP projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and Excel skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams without direct hierarchy.
• Knowledge of IFRS principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead NetSuite implementation and ongoing improvements across the group.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasts.
• Develop Group KPIs and performance analyses.
• Contribute to group financial statements and intercompany eliminations.
