Job summary

You will handle tax filings with guidance from headquarters, manage bank accounts, archive documents, assist with annual audits, supervise inventory from a financial perspective, and coordinate with the Chinese HQ to complete local-finance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete corporate accounting tasks according to French standards, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial statements.
• Handle tax filings and payments monthly, quarterly, and annually with guidance from headquarters.
• Open, update, or close bank accounts per market requirements.
• Organize and archive contracts, invoices, customs documents, and correspondence.
• Assist auditors in producing annual audit reports.
• Oversee quarterly and annual inventory to ensure asset security from a financial perspective.
• Coordinate with the Chinese headquarters to fulfill local finance tasks.

Job description

• Accounting: Complete corporate accounting tasks in accordance with French accounting standards, such as bookkeeping, invoice issuance, and financial statement preparation.
• Tax Filing: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and payments, and implement tax planning strategies from headquarters based on local tax policies.
• Bank Account Management: Open, update, or close bank accounts as needed by market requirements.
• Document Archiving: Organize and maintain archival files, including contracts, invoices, customs clearance documents, and correspondence.
• Annual Audit: Assist auditors in completing and issuing annual audit reports.
• Inventory Management: Conduct quarterly and annual warehouse asset supervision to ensure asset security from an independent financial perspective.
• Bank Account Management: Open and maintain bank accounts, purchase bank financial products, monitor reasonable returns, and assist in executing forward exchange settlements.
• Headquarters Coordination: Fulfill other local tasks as required by the financial department of the Chinese headquarters.
