Vous serez responsable de la précision des données financières consolidées et de l'audit externe. Le candidat idéal a au moins 5 ans d'expérience en finance, la connaissance des IFRS et un bon niveau d'anglais. Ce poste se situe à Roissy-en-France et implique une collaboration avec des équipes multiculturelles.

Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience en finance avec expérience obligatoire en audit externe.

Responsabilités

• Diriger le processus de consolidation mensuelle du groupe.
• Revoir les états financiers statutaires préparés par les équipes locales.
• Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les auditeurs externes.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils de consolidation et de reporting.
• Assurer la coordination des audits de groupe et locaux.

Description du poste

In the context of its carve-out from a listed company toward a private equity, Company is building a new financial organization having extended responsibilities. The primary objective of the position is to contribute to structure a solid and reliable financial reporting and consolidation processes throughout the company.

Monthly Consolidation

• Lead the monthly group consolidation process across all entities.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial data.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS / local GAAP.
• Support the preparation of management reporting packages.

Local Financial Statement Review

• Review statutory financial statements prepared by local finance teams.
• Ensure consistency with group accounting policies and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to local teams on accounting treatments, closing procedures and implementation of new accounting standards and policies.

External Audit Coordination

• Act as the key point of contact for external auditors.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate audit timelines, deliverables, and responses across entities.
• Ensure timely completion of group and local audits.
• Address audit findings and support remediation actions.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Contribute to the improvement of consolidation and reporting tools.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives across finance processes.
• Assist in ERP and consolidation system enhancements.

Experience & knowledge / Experience & Savoir-Faire :

• 5 years of experience in finance, with mandatory experience in external audit of consolidated entities
• Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle - IFS is a must) and consolidation tools.
