Job summary

Lazard in Paris seeks a Finance Project Manager to lead high-priority integration projects within the AM Finance unit. You will oversee consolidation across Lazard Group and the Holding scope under US GAAP and French GAAP, driving timelines, controls, and tax reporting with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with the AM Finance, Tax, and Group policy teams, ensure documentation, manage timelines, and support month-end closes, budgets, and forecasts in a dynamic, regulated

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Finance, including 3 seasons as an auditor and experience in asset management.
• Proficient in consolidation and accounting under US GAAP and French GAAP.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Practical computer skills with Windows Office; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration of target entity accounting into Lazard Group consolidation and holding scope.
• Coordinate with AM Finance, Group reporting, Tax, and external advisors to meet milestones.
• Prepare Finance project meetings and governance slides; maintain documentation.
• Analyze transactions for accounting and reporting impact; support monthly/quarterly closes.
• Support budget and forecast processes and ad hoc analyses.
