Roquette Frères S.A. cherche un Chef de Projet Finance pour mener des projets de transformation au sein de leur modèle de performance. Vous serez responsable de la conformité et de l'innovation dans les systèmes financiers, en collaboration avec des équipes internationales. Ce rôle demande une forte expertise technique en finance et la capacité d'engager des parties prenantes sur divers outils digitaux. Vous pourrez ainsi évoluer dans un environnement entrepreneurial enrichissant.

Qualifications

• Compétences en finance, FP&A, et controlling exigées.
• Connaissance des outils numériques et d'architecture digitale en finance.
• Expérience dans la gestion de projets de transformation est un plus.

To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Finance Project Leader (H / F)! This position will be located in La Madeleine.

You will be responsible for :

1. Leading Finance transformation projects as part of the evolution of the Performance Model, mainly on areas such as Cash (working capital & investments), Management consolidation, and Performance monitoring, in the context of Group Target Operating Model implementation.
2. Participating in Tools and Systems deployments within Digital Architecture, including EPM, ERP projects (Infor, SAP), BI solutions, and the new Digital Architecture for Finance tools.
3. Supporting the deployment of the New Performance Model, proposing innovations, improving data preparation and visualization tools, and defining new practices and rules.
4. Engaging in Finance Transformation and Innovations, including AI, automation, and standardization.
5. Managing project networks, external contributors, and key users, as well as actions for continuous improvement.
