Jobtailor in Saint-Denis, Île-de-France is seeking a motivated apprentice Assistant Project Manager for Finance Processes & Tools. You will support the Finance BPO team in managing ongoing projects, liaising across departments to improve financial processes and ensure tax compliance within the group.

You will learn to create process diagrams, train users on changes, assist with change management, and support IT-related project activities during the hypercare phase.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s level program (Bac+4/5) at a university or business school.
• Fluent level of English.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets) and have an interest in IT tools, particularly AI tools.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Apprenticeship contract only.

Responsabilités

• Assist the BPO team within Finance in managing and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Liaise with Finance, IT, commercial and operational departments to improve financial processes and tax compliance across group entities.
• Create or update process diagrams related to projects.
• Train and inform users about process changes.
• Support change management: communicate before and after project implementation and develop training materials.
• Monitor proper application of processes and provide support during hypercare phase for accounting teams.
• Coordinate IT changes: definition, validate technical design, support tests, and prepare training content.
• PMO support: prepare meetings and follow up.
